The sales team at Direct Produce is a group of professionals with many years of experience in the retail and wholesale produce industry. As part of our vast services for our retail customers, our experienced sales team will visit customer locations to help with schematics, ad production, promotions, marketing and employee training.

Direct Produce’s original warehouse facility is located in the heart of downtown LosAngeles, near all major freeways, allowing predictable delivery time frames to all of the greater Los Angeles and neighboring county areas. Direct Produce uses additional warehouse facilities in the City of Vernon. This location is used for intra and inter-state shipping including Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Texas, Florida, New York and Illinois. We also import and export a variety of produce from Mexico, Canada, Chile and many countries overseas.

Our certified food and safety program has made it possible for us to provide the best quality and safest produce. As a company with a long history in produce distribution, the safety of our produce is of paramount concern to us. For this reason, we provide our customers with food safety packets to inform them and their customers of the procedures and documentation that Direct Produce undertakes to ensure food safety.

As one of the largest distributors in the Los Angeles area, Direct Produce uses two state-of-the-art warehouse facilities with 75,000 sq. ft. of storage space. Those facilities are equipped with seven large refrigerated storage rooms, in which each has been adjusted to precise holding temperatures to maximize freshness of our produce.

The warehouse in the City of Vernon is also equipped with two new state of the art ripening rooms to process produce to the precise specifications requested by our customers.

As part of our quality control program, Direct Produce implements a three-check-point strategy for all products prior to departure. This ensures accuracy in both quantity and quality of our produce.
